The Basic Principle: A Price per Vehicle, Not a Shared Ticket
A number in the price table is only useful if you understand what it covers:
- A price per vehicle (private transfer): Listed prices are for the whole vehicle on that route, whether one person or a full car travels.
- No shared tickets and no picking up other passengers: The service is priced per vehicle for your family or group, not per seat. The pickup and drop-off points, and whether any extra stop is planned, still need to be stated in the trip confirmation.
- Powertrain is an operational choice: The current price table is organised by capacity: 4, 7 and 16 seats. Vehicle model, powertrain and availability are confirmed per trip. Do not assume an electric car and a petrol car cost the same unless the quote says so.

What to Check in a Quote
The number in the table is the base price for the route. Before you confirm, check what is included and not included in the trip confirmation, and do not assume any of the items below unless the quote states them:
- Fuel, tolls, parking and entrance fees: The route price includes fuel, road tolls and parking; count sightseeing entrance tickets as included only when the confirmation says so.
- Waiting time and extra stops: Confirm separately, based on the schedule, duration and dispatch availability.
- Taxes, attraction tickets and services at the destination: These are separate from the vehicle fare unless the quote says otherwise.
Items to Confirm Separately
To avoid misunderstanding before departure, know which items are not part of the base transport price:
- Value-added tax invoices: If an organisation needs an electronic VAT invoice, ask when you send your request and confirm how any tax is treated before the trip.
- Attraction tickets and destination services: The vehicle price does not cover items such as Ba Na Hills cable car tickets, Hoi An old town tickets, Hue heritage tickets or a boat on the Perfume River.
- Overnight costs for the driver on multi-day trips: On multi-day trips such as Mang Den, Quy Nhon or Phong Nha, the driver’s lodging is either provided by the group or agreed as an allowance before the trip.
- Extra stops beyond the agreed route: If a stop is far from the main road or the waiting time goes beyond what was agreed, the extra cost is agreed with you rather than assumed.
Three Steps to Request a Check and Confirm a Trip
- Step 1: Look up the route and vehicle size on the website. Open the price page or the price calculator to see the base price for your route.
- Step 2: Send the details by WhatsApp or Zalo. Include the date and time, exact pickup and drop-off addresses, the number of adults and children, and the number and size of suitcases.
- Step 3: Wait for confirmation from dispatch. Dispatch checks vehicle availability and confirms the final price and arrangements. The trip is only arranged once you receive that confirmation.
Frequently asked questions about how private car prices work
Does the price on the website change for holidays, Tet or weekends?
The base price table is set per route and vehicle size. If a peak-period surcharge applies for a holiday, it should be stated before you confirm. Ask when you send your request for a holiday date.
Are short stops for a meal or a toilet break charged extra?
A short rest stop can usually be fitted into the route, depending on parking conditions. Longer waits or sightseeing stops should be written into the quote or confirmation because they may affect cost and dispatch.
Do I have to pay a deposit before the trip?
Payment terms depend on the route and the trip confirmation. Check the payment method before you confirm, and pay after the trip only if dispatch states that in the confirmation.
Can I ask for an electronic VAT invoice?
Organisations that need an electronic VAT invoice should send their tax details and invoice email with the request. How any tax is treated is confirmed before the trip.
How is a same-day round trip priced?
A same-day round trip, for example Da Nang to Ba Na Hills or Hue and back, is quoted based on the route, the waiting time at the destination and the vehicle size. It is not assumed to be cheaper or more expensive than two one-way trips; ask for a quote.
