Private Car Rates from Da Nang and Hoi An to Quy Nhon, Binh Dinh

Sun Travel’s rate table lists a private car from Da Nang or Hoi An to Quy Nhon city at about 300 km and 5 hours, one way. Since 29 April 2026 the Quang Ngai – Hoai Nhon and Hoai Nhon – Quy Nhon expressway sections have been open, so the time in the table may be out of date. The 300 km and 5 hours entry in light of the new expressway

According to the Vietnamese government news site (29 April 2026), the Quang Ngai – Hoai Nhon expressway (88 km) and the Hoai Nhon – Quy Nhon expressway (70.1 km) opened at midday on 29 April 2026 and connect to the Da Nang – Quang Ngai expressway; before that, traffic had to rejoin Highway 1 where the expressway ended. The rate table still lists 300 km and 5 hours and has no measured driving time since the expressway opened. So treat 5 hours as a reference and let dispatch confirm it again for your travel date. What the one-way rate covers and what it does not include automatically

• In the base rate: fuel, road tolls and parking fees on the listed route.
• Not included automatically: the return leg, time the car waits in Quy Nhon, the driver’s overnight stay, extra stops and admission tickets.
• No figure yet: the real driving time on the new expressway, and any difference between a Hoi An and a Da Nang pickup. The rate table merges the two pickup points into one entry.

Your drop-off in Quy Nhon decides the last leg

The rate table entry is Quy Nhon city. Places around the bay are at different distances: according to public travel sources, the Nhon Ly boat pier is about 20 km from central Quy Nhon and the speedboat to Ky Co takes about 15 to 20 minutes. Two days or three: the driving-time sum

Both directions come to about 10 hours of driving (2 times 5 hours) by the rate table, before stops and time in Quy Nhon.
