Understanding the Two-Way Route Notation
The price source lists the Da Nang (city centre) and airport pair with a two-way notation. When you request a car you still need to say whether you are travelling from the city centre to the airport or from the airport to the city centre. The two cases use the same pair of places but need different information.
For the airport-bound direction, the time you must be at the terminal is the key point. For the airport-departure direction, the flight number and the meeting procedure need to be confirmed. The price shown is a whole-vehicle price by vehicle size, not a per-person rate.
From Central Da Nang to the Airport
Send the full pickup address, the terminal you need, your planned departure time and the time you want to be there. Sun Travel does not set a pickup time by itself until it knows the type of flight, the luggage, the number of passengers and any airline requirements.
If your hotel has several entrances or a larger car cannot stop right at the door, agree on an easily recognised pickup point. Groups with children, older passengers or a lot of luggage should say so in advance so extra boarding time and the vehicle size can be checked.
From the Airport to the City Centre
Send the flight number, landing date, passenger name, contact number and drop-off address. “Central Da Nang” is the area described in the source, not a substitute for a specific final address. A drop-off in another area, or several drop-offs, needs to be checked again.
The meeting point and the waiting time must appear in the trip confirmation. Do not assume that the driver tracks every change to the flight or that all waiting time is already in the price.
Vehicle Size and Luggage
A 4-seat car can handle a small group with compact luggage. If you have several checked suitcases, a stroller, sports equipment or several drop-off points, describe them in detail so a 7- or 16-seat vehicle can be checked. The nominal seat count does not reflect the usable space once the luggage area is full.
Whether the vehicle is petrol or electric is confirmed at dispatch. The price table currently splits only by the three capacities and sets no price difference between the two powertrains.

No. Travel time is affected by the pickup address, traffic, boarding time and conditions at the airport.
Can I add several drop-off points in the city?

How long before my flight should I leave from the city centre?
For domestic flights, plan to be at the airport at least 90 to 120 minutes before departure. From city-centre hotels (Hai Chau, Thanh Khe and Son Tra districts) the airport is only about 10 to 20 minutes by car, so set your pickup time roughly 2 to 2.5 hours before take-off.
Can the car pick me up at a home or hotel down a narrow lane?
The driver always aims to pick you up at your door. If the lane is too narrow for a car, the driver will stop at the entrance of the lane and contact you to help bring your luggage to the car as conveniently as possible.
