Whole-car package rate
Rates are for the whole private trip, not per seat, with no shared passengers picked up along the way.
Rates by capacity
The current table prices 4-, 7- and 16-seat vehicles; petrol or electric availability and rate are confirmed separately.
Clear inclusions
Fuel, road tolls and parking are included in the rate; waiting time and extra stops are confirmed for each trip before you go.
Meeting points confirmed
Airport terminal, hotel, resort or homestay pickup points are confirmed against the address you send.
Frequently asked questions about the rate calculator
Where does the calculator get its prices?
It reads the same approved price table as the price page and the route pages, by origin, destination and 4-, 7- or 16-seat size; prices are shown in USD.
Is the price in the calculator the final price?
It is a starting rate for the selected direction, not a final quote. Sun Travel checks your pickup and drop-off points, itinerary and departure time; extra stops and waiting time need separate confirmation.
Does the result include the return trip?
No. The calculator shows the price for the direction of the selected route only; the reverse direction and a round trip are looked up and confirmed separately.
What if my route is not in the calculator?
Send your origin, destination and vehicle size so Sun Travel can check it; the calculator does not invent a price for a route that is not in the table. It is for private cars with a driver only and has no price for self-drive cars or motorbikes.
