A tee-time is the fixed point of a golf trip, so the car’s job is to arrive early enough, not to arrive fast. The Sun Travel rate table lists the route from Da Nang or Hoi An to the Montgomerie / BRG courses at about 15 km and 20 minutes. Montgomerie Links lies on the coastal road between Da Nang and Hoi An (public information), and BRG is a separate course.
The base price includes fuel, road tolls and parking on the listed route. This route entry is priced one way.
Working back from the tee-time
The pickup time comes from three points: the tee-time, the time the course wants you there and the driving time. The time the course wants you there is set by each course, so ask the course directly; the 20 minutes in the rate table is only a guide for the short stretch of road, and a pickup point further away needs more.
An illustration, not a course rule: suppose the tee-time is 07:30, the course wants you there 45 minutes before, the drive is 20 minutes and you add a 15-minute margin. The pickup time is then 06:10.
Golf bags decide the vehicle size, not only the number of people
The same group can need a different vehicle depending on the number of golf bags and other luggage. When you send a request, give the number of people, the number of golf bags and the number of suitcases or other luggage; Sun Travel checks and confirms whether a 4-, 7- or 16-seat vehicle suits the trip.
One way, or with the car waiting
The entry for this route is one way from Da Nang or Hoi An to the course. Waiting while you play your round and the return are not in the rate table and are confirmed separately. If you would rather split it into two trips, one to take you and one to collect you, give the time you expect your round to finish.
