• Sending your flight information: A flight number lets dispatch match your landing time when updated data is available. If the flight is late, the pickup time and waiting policy need to be confirmed again; nothing is assumed to move automatically or to be free of charge.

Where exactly does the driver meet me at the domestic T1 and international T2 terminals?

At the domestic terminal (T1) the driver contacts you and meets you at pillars 1 to 5, opposite the exit of the ground-floor arrivals hall. At the international terminal (T2) the driver waits in the international arrivals hall with a name board so you can recognise them as soon as you have your luggage.

We are 4 adults with 4 large suitcases. Should we book a 4-seat or 7-seat car?

Choose a 7-seat car (such as an Xpander, Veloz or Fortuner). Although a 4-seat car has enough seats, its boot holds at most two 24-inch suitcases, while a 7-seat car has enough luggage room for four large suitcases without crowding the seats.
